Training Resumes  - (Posted: 30 January, 2012)

Under 18 Girls and Under 16 Boys training will resume Tuesday and Thursday at 6.00pm. If you are interested in attending the Whyalla Carnival you must be at training on Tuesday.




Award for Grahame  - (Posted: 30 January, 2012)

Broken Hill Basketball Association President Grahame Semmens has received an Award Of Merit for many years service to 2012 Country Cup. See the latest Broncos Newsletter for more details..




Nominations  - (Posted: 20 January, 2012)

Basketball Nominations are now being taken for the Autumn Season 2012. Approzimate start for this season will be Monday 13th February.

Nominations can be made by contacting Jenny on 80874754 by the 8th February.Nominations for the following grades will be accepted: Women - A, B, C, U/16, U/14, U/12, U/10, U/8; Men - B, C, U/16, U/14,U/12, U/10,U/8, Unisex, 35 and Over. Individuals are welcome to nominate and every effort will be made to find teams for them.

Men A Grade will have a different format this year, they will play three seasons instead of two.

The first season will commence on 6th February and finish on 2nd April, teams to nominate for this season - (Nominations in by Wednesday 1st February).

The second season will be a graded season where individuals will nominate and teams will be formed. This season will run approximately from the 23rd April until 17th September - (these dates to be confirmed).

The third season will commence on Monday 8th October and finish in December (date to be advised), teams to nominate this season - (Nominations in by Monday 1st October).

Raffle Results  - (Posted: 06 January, 2012)

 Winner of the State Basketball Raffle was ticket: Blue Spade 48 - S Hocking. The raffle was drawn at the Broken Hill Police Station by D. Timperio. Thank you for your support.




Referees Needed  - (Posted: 19 January, 2010)

Referees are needed for our sport to survive as we have good team numbers but not enough referees to cover all games. If you can spare the time, and are willing to referee some games, please contact the stadium on 80876285.
